At DankLabs, we take pride in the quality and consistency of our products. Each item is manufactured to order in controlled batches to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Because of the nature of our operations as a dispensary and wholesale supplier, we follow a strict no returns and no refunds policy.
1. General Policy
No Returns Accepted: Once products have left our facility, we cannot accept any returns. This policy applies to all categories of products, including perishable goods and made-to-order stock.
No Refunds Issued: Payments made are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable South African law.
2. Exceptions
While our policy is strict, we comply fully with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA). Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
If a product is proven to be defective or unsafe at the time of delivery.
If the incorrect product was dispatched in error.
If required by law under specific provisions of the CPA.
In such cases, claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the order, accompanied by detailed evidence (photos, batch numbers, and description of the issue).
3. Perishable & Manufactured Goods
Given that all products are manufactured to order and may include perishable or consumable goods, returns are not feasible due to health, safety, and quality control regulations.
